I believe it is Irem Square, but yes. A lot of the booths at the square give out free stuff or have free games for winning stuff. If you climb some stairs, you can also find a free t-shirt. Hopefully this helps some of you people out there.
and if u go back more than once u fan get even more stuff! Like different color content candy, balloons, and even different shirts
