Note on the emailing system: We had a malicious attack that embedded a code file on our servers (didn’t effect our database or members privacy) and the file basically hijacked our email system sending out over 350k emails of spam. We caught it right away but almost all email systems (Hotmail, gmail, etc.,) banned PST as spam preventing any legitimate emails or notices from being delivered. Now that it’s been fixed, we have requested that PST be cleared from the ’banned’ lists and most email systems have but there are a couple that will take a little longer.
What happened is something very common – crooks breaking the law to make a buck selling counterfeit shoes and watches.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

I saw your mention to me to test to see if it was working for me yet. I replied to it just a few minutes ago. Thank you for the detailed explanation and staying on top of this! I hope it will be resolved for all email providers soon. 😀
