All music and sound effects used in a production must be licensed by the legal owner of the works and a copy of the license included upon submission;

Content that depicts or references the intellectual property of others will not be permitted without the consent of the rights holder;

Content should be in good taste;

Content should be appropriate, interesting and relevant to the PlayStation®Home audience; and
-
Content elements (e.g., graphic design, video, audio, motion graphics, editing) should be the highest quality possible.

Content that PSTALENT. COM will not accept includes the following:

Solicitation, Marketing or Advertising for non-PlayStation® Home entities. PSTALENT.COM reserves the right to reject material that was produced in exchange for financial gain (Goods, Services or Money).

Tobacco and Related Products. PSTALENT.COM will not accept content that shows tobacco products or smoking of any kind.

Alcoholic Beverages. PSTALENT.COM will not accept content that shows any alcoholic beverages.

Pornography, “Adult” Services. PSTALENT.COM will not accept adult or erotic content.

Animal Torture. PSTALENT.COM will not accept content that shows animals that have been killed, are being intentionally injured or are suffering.

Platforms Competitive to PlayStation®. PSTALENT.COM will not accept content that shows video game titles or video game platforms that compete with the PlayStation brand.

Religion and Belief Systems. PSTALENT.COM will not accept content that espouses religious doctrine, utilizes religious music, offers religious publications for sale or solicits funds for religious organizations.

PlayStation Video Games. Content showing video games that are available on the PlayStation platform should accurately represent the actual content of the game. Depictions of extreme violence, sexual themes and profanity – even if from actual game content – are unacceptable.

Content Injurious to Interests of Public or Sony or PSTALENT. PSTALENT.COM will not accept content that might be injurious or prejudicial to the interests of the public, PSTALENT.COM, The SONY brand, its affiliates, the PlayStation® platform or honest advertising and reputable business in general.

Defamatory, Violent or Obscene Material. PSTALENT.COM will not accept content that contains material that is in whole or in part defamatory, obscene, profane, vulgar, repulsive, offensive or excessively violent, either in theme or treatment, or that describes or depicts repellently any internal bodily function or symptomatic results of internal conditions, or refers to matters that are not considered socially acceptable topics.

False or Misleading Claims. PSTALENT.COM will not accept content that contains (i) false, unsubstantiated or unwarranted claims; or (ii) false or ambiguous statements or representations that may be misleading.

Clear and detailed disclosures regarding the nature of the contest must be submitted prior to the start of production. All contests must include rules and disclosures for approval consideration.
