Well.. So I bluffed a little. I’m sure they’re working hard to fix the reward issue. This doesn’t only affect us but other rewards too. For those waiting, there is no way to manually issue a reward. I apologize. The reward was attached to an instance. There will be other opportunities for you to receive it. Again, I apologize.
It is unfortunate that these issues happen with getting rewards on home sometimes. I was one of the lucky ones that got mine without any issues (which btw I think is really cool so ty :D). TY for your apologies Director, but we know there is nothing u could do about it & would if you could 😀
I got mine! It’s awesome and yes PSN should be shut down to fix it for those who don’t have it yet.

oh, the picture frame NICE…! I love it. And also beat the caslte game while bck. And nope cant remeber how. lol
